We are Runner's High Club Ltd (Company, we', 'us', or 'our), a company registered in the United Kingdom at 62 Darfield Road, London SE4 1ER. ‘Runner's High Club Run Leader’ means any individual considered leader or organiser of Runner's High Club events. ‘Participant’ means any individual who attends a Runner's High Club event.
We operate the website http://www.runnershighclub.co.uk (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you'), and Runner's High Club Ltd, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the person/s under 18 years old throughout the duration of the Services used.
Registration: Any participant(s) at Runner's High Club event(s) (including Runner's High Club Run Leaders, employees and volunteers), are required to register their personal details and agree to these terms and conditions prior to attending any Runner’s High Club event.
If participant(s) do not agree to the terms and conditions, they will not be allowed to partake in the events. Participation is at Runner's High Club discretion and availability may be restricted. All participant(s) agree to abide by these terms and conditions and failure to do so may result in being removed from the event and the Runner’s High Ltd community entirely.
Health and Safety: Participant(s) take full responsibility for any injury or health condition sustained whilst partaking in our events. Participant(s) also take full responsibility for any injury or health condition sustained whilst partaking in Runner's High Club events arising from a previous medical condition.
Runner's High Club Run Leaders are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess if the participant(s) is in appropriate physical condition to attend our events. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you declare that you are in good health, physically fit and are not aware of any physical or psychological reasons why you cannot take part in any event that is hosted by Runner's High Club. If you have any concerns about your ability to safely take part in Runner’s High Club events, please consult your GP or relevant healthcare professional before attending any events.
A risk assessment has been undertaken (REF NO. RHC0001UK - Health & Safety Risk Assessment) for our running events, please ensure you review this risk assessment prior to attending any event(s). Runner's High Club takes no responsibility for participant(s) or member actions during any of our events and provides no liability cover for those participating. All participant(s) take part in our events at their own risk.
All participant(s) should endeavour to inform all other runners of any conditions that arise which cause danger to others such as; uneven ground, approaching cycles or vehicles, obstacles or trip hazards etc.
Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limited or exclude Runner's High Club of liability for (1) death of personal injury caused by negligence or negligence of its personnel or agents (2) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation (3) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. Consequential loss arising under, or in connection with, these terms and conditions and (b) Runner's High Club and its affiliates, sponsors and third party vendors total liability to the member or participant(s) whether in contract, breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be limited to £20.
Etiquette & Conduct: Runner's High Club is a welcoming community, open to everyone and participant(s) should behave with that ethos in mind. Runner's High Club has a zero-tolerance policy to inappropriate or offensive behaviour at all events including, but not limited to; Bullying, intimidation, verbal abuse, physical violence, sexual/physical/verbal harassment, disrespectful or threatening behaviour. Runner's High Club reserves the right to impose appropriate penalties for a breach in conduct which include, but not limited to; temporary/permanent suspension from events or the participant(s) membership being cancelled with immediate effect.
Any reports of unacceptable behaviour should be communicated in writing to team@runnershighclub.co.uk at the earliest opportunity.
Photography: during the events, photos and videos may be taken for use by Runner's High Club and affiliates, sponsors and third-party vendors marketing tools. By attending our events, you agree that these can be used by Runner's High Club and its affiliates, sponsors and third-party vendors.
Lost or Damaged Property: Participant(s) leave their belongings at their own risk and suggest that no valuable items are left unattended. Runner's High Club accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage for any items
Personal Information: By accepting these terms and conditions, participant(s) agree to signing up to the mailing list of Runner's High Club, sponsors or third-party affiliated companies. Please refer to our privacy policy (RHC Privacy Policy) for more information on how we handle your personal data.
Governing law and jurisdiction: these T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-agreement disputes or claims) shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
