  • Who can join the club?

    Anyone who enjoys running is welcome! We cater to all levels of runners, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels included.

  • Where do you meet for runs?

    We are currently based in Apsley and run from the marina. We are looking to operate from as many locations as possible. If you would like to lead runs in your area drop us a message at team@runnershighclub.co.uk

  • How often do you have runs or events?

    Weekly at 9.30am from Apsley Marina. There are pace groups of all ranges. We also run at a variety of events through the year - check out our instagram.

  • Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?

    Not at all! We welcome runners of all experience levels. Whether you’re aiming for your first 5K, training for a marathon, or just enjoy a casual jog, there’s a place for you in Runner’s High Club.

  • How do I sign up for runs and events?

    Once you're a member, we'll add you to our online community where we post the weekly social runs and more.

  • Is there a membership fee?

    No, at this stage we are looking to create the community and find out from our members what more they want to see.

  • Can I bring a friend to a run or event?

    YES - Please bring all your friends. Please refer to our T&Cs for running with us.

  • What should I bring to a run?

    All you need is comfortable running gear and a positive attitude! We recommend bringing water and a small snack, especially for longer runs. For evening runs, reflective gear or a headlamp is a good idea.goes here

  • What if I’m not ready to run with a group yet?

    No problem! We understand that everyone has different comfort levels. You can start by signing up and simply connecting with members online until you’re ready to join a group run.
